Around 100 firefighters and 15 fire engines battled a massive blaze at a three-story building housing a kosher supermarket and flats in Golders Green, north-west London, on Wednesday morning.
The London Fire Brigade reported that the fire heavily impacted Kosher Kingdom, one of the country's largest Jewish-specialty retailers, and its attached warehouse on Golders Green Road.

Emergency services received 56 emergency calls regarding the incident, with the first report arriving shortly after 6:45 a.
m. BST, prompting responses from Finchley, Willesden, West Hampstead, and surrounding stations.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that officers assisted with evacuations and enforced multiple road closures around the area, including near the junction with Beverley Gardens, while urging the public to avoid the vicinity.
Officials stated that the fire produced a significant volume of thick black smoke, leading authorities to advise local residents to keep all windows and doors firmly closed.
A spokesperson for Scotland Yard provided details regarding the police deployment and the current status of the safety investigations at the scene.
"At around 7am on Wednesday, police were called by the LFB who were responding to a fire in Golders Green Road, Barnet.
Officers responded and are at the scene assisting firefighters with road closures and evacuations," said a Scotland Yard spokesman.
The police representative confirmed that no casualties or injuries had been reported from the site of the burning commercial building.
"Fortunately, there have been no reports of any injuries," said the Scotland Yard spokesman.
The spokesperson added that emergency crews remained fully focused on containment and that the origin of the fire could not yet be established.

"This is an ongoing incident with the focus on dealing with the fire and ensuring the safety of the public.
It is too early to have determined the cause," said the Scotland Yard spokesman.
The London Fire Brigade also issued an official advisory message to the public via a formal statement during the active firefighting operations.
"Please avoid the area whilst firefighters work to extinguish the fire," said the London Fire Brigade.
The brigade detailed the exact scale of the deployment, which included specialized high-reach equipment to combat the flames tearing through the structure.
"The Brigade received the first of 56 calls about the fire at 0647 and Control Officers have mobilised 15 fire engines and around 100 firefighters from Finchley, Willesden, West Hampstead and surrounding fire stations to the scene.
A 32-metre turntable ladder is also in attendance," said the London Fire Brigade.
The fire service concluded its operational update by reiterating that the trigger for the major incident remained undetermined.
"The cause of the fire is unknown at this time," said the London Fire Brigade.

The incident occurred in a suburb that has recently seen other events targeting Jewish sites, including the burning of four Hatzola charity ambulances in March, separate synagogue firebombings, and a stabbing incident on April 29.
