Attorney's Office for Nevada dismissed the complaint against Ori Solomon without prejudice, meaning the charge could be refiled later.
Solomon was arrested in February after a January search of a short-term rental property he managed uncovered a refrigerator containing vials of unknown liquids.
The home is located near Washington Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard in east Las Vegas.
Prosecutors accused Solomon, an Israeli citizen on a non-immigrant visa, of illegal firearm possession because his immigration status barred him from owning weapons.
Law enforcement seized multiple firearms from his residence on Jan. 31, 2026, according to an FBI affidavit.
In a motion to dismiss dated May 11, the government stated that after reviewing evidence and additional information from the defendant, it concluded that dismissal was in the interest of justice.

Broader Investigation and State Charges
The biological laboratory investigation involves property owner Jia Bei Zhu, recently convicted of fraudulently selling over a million COVID-19 tests for nearly $4 million through his Fresno-based company, Universal Meditech Inc.
Although the federal gun case is dropped, local law enforcement actions against Solomon remain active in Clark County.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the FBI jointly announced his initial arrest on state-level suspicion of disposing and discharging hazardous waste.
