Country music singer Morgan Wallen canceled his second scheduled concert at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, June 6, 2026, due to incoming severe weather conditions.
The decision followed local meteorological reports of expected scattered thunderstorms in the area, prompting safety concerns for the thousands of fans and crew members gathered in the city.

Wallen announced the sudden cancellation via social media after consulting with local officials and his management team regarding the safety risks.
"After talking with local officials and my team, there is no choice but to cancel tonight's show due to severe adverse weather conditions expected throughout the rest of the day and night," Wallen stated.
The country star added that the decision prioritized safety and informed attendees that financial remediation would be handled directly through ticket vendors.
"Safety for my fans and crew is the highest priority. Refunds available at point of purchase," Wallen said.
Prior to the cancellation, tens of thousands of fans had descended upon Pittsburgh, with numerous boaters docking along the North Shore Riverwalk near the stadium to secure prime spots for the weekend event.
Local resident Scott Rosa described how concertgoers prepared weeks in advance to secure prime waterfront viewing locations outside the stadium gates.
"Our boats have been down here for two weeks.
You've got to be here a little early to get a good spot right outside the stadium," Rosa said.
Another boater, Nathan Ward, noted that he had been living on the water since Sunday after being convinced by his brother to bring the vessel down for the concert series.
"I bought a boat in September; I actually live on the boat, and my brother's going to the concert.
... he coerced me to bring the boat down.
So, I have been down here since Sunday, living down here," Ward said.
Some fans managed to listen to the pre-concert audio preparations from the water before the severe weather forced the cancellation of the second night.
"We were here listening to it yesterday, and the sound checks were fabulous. It literally echoes right down through here," said Tony Centore, another fan.

Following the official cancellation notice on Saturday, ticket holders expressed understanding regarding the uncontrollable weather circumstances alongside satisfaction with the refund policy.
"It is what it is. You can't control Mother Nature.
It's fortunate we're going to be able to get our tickets refunded," said Nate Lynch, a fan.
The cancellation occurred one day after Wallen successfully performed his first Pittsburgh show on Friday, June 5, which featured a surprise local guest.
WWE Hall of Famer and Pittsburgh native Kurt Angle escorted the country musician onto the field, creating a viral professional wrestling-style entrance for the packed stadium crowd.
The stadium tour previously drew significant public attention after a recent tech-related incident in Denver, Colorado, where Wallen flipped an on-stage piano out of apparent frustration over audio issues.
Wallen later posted a lighthearted response on TikTok to address the viral moment, showing himself tapping the keys of a functioning instrument.
"Hey, I just want you guys to know that right now the piano is working. That's what they told me last night, too.
Can't you tell I'm so distraught over my piano?" Wallen said.
Online public reactions to the singer's recent behavior remained deeply divided between supportive fans and critics pointing to past legal incidents.
"I love seeing you clap back," wrote one fan. "Hah!
I was there … great concert!" wrote another.
Conversely, other observers criticized the stage behavior and referenced the singer's prior arrest history in Nashville.
"Grown professional if you can believe it. From chairs in the streets to Nashville to flipping pianos.
