Indian low-cost carrier IndiGo has adjusted its international schedule for the third quarter of 2026, reducing frequencies on several key routes from South Indian hubs.
According to Global Distribution System (GDS) filings and Official Airline Guide (OAG) data, the changes took effect on June 3, 2026, and were reflected on the airline's booking system by June 4.

Route-Specific Reductions
From Bangalore, flights to Phuket will decrease from seven to four weekly services between July 1 and September 30, 2026.
Similarly, the Bangalore-Singapore route will see a reduction from 14 to 10 weekly flights for the month of July.

Out of Chennai, services to Penang will drop from four to three weekly flights during the same July-to-September period.
Additionally, the Chennai to St. Denis de la Reunion route will be trimmed from three to two weekly flights, covering May 29 to September 26, 2026.

These adjustments are part of IndiGo's network optimization strategy for the quarter.
