Bali law enforcement and immigration teams have initiated a strict zero-tolerance crackdown on criminal and anti-social behavior across top vacation resorts to ensure public order during the peak travel season.

Badung Police recently deployed a call-out team on Sunday, May 31, 2026, after residents in the Kerobokan Village area reported a 45-year-old Lebanese national, identified as FA, for disturbing the neighborhood with loud music.

The responding officers issued a formal warning to the individual, who immediately shut down the music following a dispute with a local complainant.

"As soon as we received the report, we deployed personnel to the location to carry out an inspection," said North Kuta Police Chief, Commissioner I Ketut Sukadana.

The complainant had previously approached the villa occupants directly, but the interaction resulted in an uncomfortable argument between both parties.

"The complainant admitted to having complained to the villa’s occupants. The complainant refused to accept this, leading to a dispute between the two.

This situation made the complainant uncomfortable," said Commissioner I Ketut Sukadana.

Authorities reiterated that large late-night parties causing noise disruptions or involving drunken misconduct are unacceptable in private rental villas.

"We remind all members of the public and tourists to respect each other and maintain a safe and secure public order situation," said Commissioner I Ketut Sukadana.
