Suffolk Police have arrested two men after a violent brawl broke out among football fans at Ipswich Waterfront on Saturday evening.

The altercation occurred at approximately 20:07 BST, shortly after Arsenal lost the Champions League final to Paris Saint-Germain.

One person was injured during the incident, according to law enforcement officials.

Charges and Bail

Both suspects face charges on suspicion of affray. One of them also faces an additional charge for possessing a class B drug.

Authorities released both men on bail until July.

The police corrected an earlier report from May 31 that mistakenly stated four people had been detained, attributing the error to initial data supplied by the force.

Online footage captured the clash, showing multiple men trading punches and kicks near a local establishment.

One individual was seen lying unconscious on the ground while onlookers watched from a nearby bar.

Separate video footage documented a group of individuals taunting Arsenal supporters after the match.

The confrontations began minutes after Paris Saint-Germain secured the Champions League trophy for the second consecutive year, winning 4-3 on penalties.

Arsenal had taken an early lead within six minutes, but the Ligue 1 champions equalized through a penalty with 25 minutes remaining, sending the match into extra time.
