Dutch police arrested four suspects on Thursday following an international investigation into the drugging, sexual abuse, and filming of multiple women.

The arrests, which included a resident of Sint Willebrord, came after Dutch authorities received intelligence from agencies in Germany and England.

Investigators have also identified four additional suspects, including a man from Veldhoven, who remain free for now.

Suspects Targeted Women in Social Circles

Authorities said the perpetrators targeted women within their immediate social circles.

They administered heavy sedatives like GHB or sleeping pills before performing sexual acts on unconscious victims.

Police stated the suspects operated within a highly secretive digital network to trade the illicitly obtained footage.

During simultaneous raids, officers seized computers, USB sticks, SD cards, mobile phones, narcotics, and weapons.

“The suspicions against the men vary. They participated in a closed group where illegally obtained images of drugged victims were shared,” police said.

Some suspects directly filmed the acts, while others focused on distribution.

Several face charges of endangering victims’ lives through forced drugging and attempted or completed rape.

The exact number of victims remains unconfirmed, but police emphasized the severity and scale of the exploitation.

Support organizations, including Slachtofferhulp Nederland, the Center for Sexual Violence, and Veilig Thuis, have been mobilized to provide assistance.

“As a victim, you may not know what happened because you were drugged and unconscious.

The news that your partner or an acquaintance may have drugged and possibly raped you can turn your life upside down,” said Milou van der Kolk of the Rotterdam Police Sexual Offenses Team.

Seized digital devices are undergoing forensic examination by cybercrime units to identify further victims and accomplices.
