Health Update and Public Reaction

Kamara first revealed his apraxia of speech diagnosis in 2022, following a 2021 diagnosis of an underactive thyroid.

The neurological condition affects motor movements and speech pathways.

"Ah, I'm great. Yeah, I'm fine," Kamara said when asked about his health.

He previously stepped away from his long-standing role on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday due to communication challenges.

"I'm not the same person as I was, but I accept the new me now," he added.

Host Ranvir Singh asked for further explanation about how the condition affects him physically. "I had apraxia of speech, a brain injury.

So, the message from the brain to the mouth is interrupted. Sometimes you can't speak, or you speak slower," Kamara explained.

Viewers criticized Singh on social media for repeatedly interrupting Kamara as he managed his speech difficulties.

"Everybody has been absolutely brilliant, so thank you all," Kamara concluded.

New Music and Upcoming Tour

The single "Sing 4 England" was originally written by Paul Baker for Euro 2012.

Its new remix by Carnaby Blue Records features the Bantam of the Opera choir to raise funds for the Bradford Burns Unit and ANDYSMANCLUB.

Kamara expressed optimism about England's chances in the upcoming tournament. "I love football full stop.

To think [England] could win this... We're one of the favourites, aren't we?"

he said.

He also praised the Scottish squad: "Scotland, everybody loves Scotland when they play. They provide so much excitement."

The television appearance follows a nationwide stage tour titled "Ben and Kammy's Unbelievable Show," co-hosted with Ben Shephard.
