Bracco defeated fellow finalists Jonathan Young and Joe Hunter in her fourth appearance on the franchise. The milestone broadcast also celebrated other contestants.

Cirie Fields received the Survivor Spirit Award and the $100,000 Fan Favorite prize. The cash award is funded by singer-songwriter and series fan Sia.

Production Mishap During Live Broadcast

The live event, hosted by Jeff Probst, included an unexpected moment.

Probst accidentally revealed the result of the final fire-making challenge to the studio audience before the recorded footage aired.

The mishap occurred after Bracco won the final immunity challenge. She selected Rizo Velovic and Jonathan Young to compete in the fire-making segment.

When the broadcast cut to the live stage, Probst prematurely named Velovic as the loser and the final jury member, drawing gasps from the audience.

Fields intervened to manage the situation.

TVLine reported that staff editor Nick Caruso interviewed the cast immediately after the finale.
