The Chester County District Attorney's Office stated that Lymberis used artificial intelligence to manipulate images of minors.
The investigation began in 2024 when Chester County detectives received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
A Delaware County internet crimes task force helped trace the digital activity to email addresses linked to Lymberis.
A search of his residence uncovered multiple electronic devices containing child sexual assault material.
According to a criminal complaint, Lymberis shared the names and ages of some victims in online chat rooms.
The complaint also alleges that Lymberis claimed to have targeted a teenager who now lives out of state.

Court records show Lymberis faces 24 criminal counts, including sexual abuse of children and digital forgery. He was released on bail after his arraignment.
"He intends to vigorously defend himself against these allegations and his good name in the community," Lymberis said in a statement from his attorney.
