The investigation involves the Pima County Sheriff's Department, the FBI, Customs and Border Protection, and search-and-rescue teams.
The family is offering a combined reward of more than $1.2 million for information leading to her recovery.
Investigators discovered bloodstains at the residence matching Nancy Guthrie, along with security camera footage showing a masked individual tampering with the equipment.
Savannah Guthrie Appeals for Help
Savannah Guthrie posted a religious image on her Instagram story on Sunday to appeal for public assistance.
She previously shared the same graphic in March to maintain visibility for the case.
“Oh my, my soul, it cries out, soul, it cries out,” stated the image.
The anchor appended a personal note with a yellow heart emoji, asking the public to “bring her home.”
The family previously offered to fulfill ransom demands sent to TMZ in February.
In a video message weeks after the disappearance, Guthrie expressed the emotional toll: “Every hour and minute and second and every long night has been agony.”
“Worrying about her, and fearing for her, and aching for her, and most of all just missing her,” she added.

The family emphasized gratitude for community support while remaining hopeful.
“We know that so many people have been praying for her return, and we feel those prayers. Please keep praying without ceasing.
We still believe in a miracle. We still believe that she can come home,” Guthrie said.
Expert Analysis
Forensic scientist Barbara Butcher provided external analysis at CrimeCon Las Vegas.
She suggested the victim might have been targeted by someone who mistakenly believed the family possessed significant wealth.
“I find it flabbergasting that anyone would take a woman her age, but what I think is probably the case is that someone in the area, maybe a handyman, maybe a service person, had found out that Mrs. Guthrie was the mother of Savannah Guthrie and said, ‘Oh, she must be rich,'” Butcher said.
Butcher noted that the absence of a verified ransom delivery process could indicate the elderly victim suffered a fatal medical emergency early in the incident.
“My second thought was that after time, when there was no valid ransom demand or any information forthcoming that it's probably likely that Mrs. Guthrie died of shock, fright, heart disease, whatever it was, very soon after being taken from her home,” she added.
Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or Tucson Crime Stoppers at 88-Crime.
