The Singapore Police Force has alerted the public to potential ticket scams ahead of BTS's upcoming concerts in December.
Neighborhood police centers shared the warnings on Facebook between May 28 and May 29 to prevent fraudulent resales.

According to police, scammers may pretend to be ticket sellers and trick victims into paying for tickets that are never delivered.
Authorities also noted that fraudsters sometimes distribute invalid tickets, which buyers only discover when they are denied entry to the venue.
Resold tickets will not be honored at the event, and holders of such tickets will be turned away, police said.

Official Ticket Sales
Official ticket sales for the Singapore shows begin with a pre-sale on June 3, followed by general public sales on June 5 at noon via Ticketmaster and Klook.
Ticket prices range from $148 to $388.

The concerts are part of an 85-show world tour covering 34 cities, following the band's hiatus for mandatory military service.
