The project is one of the largest developments in the city's history, integrating residential towers, office spaces, a public park, and a shopping center.
The retail sector features global brands and a major dining hall, establishing a high-end commercial presence in the region.
Retail and Dining Highlights
The shopping center component includes more than 650,000 square feet of retail and dining, with over 100 premier global brands.
QuadReal Property Group executive vice-president Chrystal Burns said approximately 500,000 square feet of that footprint opens immediately.
Premier brands like Louis Vuitton and Aritzia are ready for business, while other storefronts remain under construction or display upcoming opening notices.
The main level of the shopping center is fully leased.
Additional standalone boutiques for luxury brands, including Loewe and Dolce & Gabbana, are scheduled to debut later this fall and into 2027.
Upstairs from the main atrium, the 50,000-square-foot Time Out Market serves as the culinary hub.
The modern dining hall features light-toned wood high-top tables and low marble tables.
