The announcement was shared by Coleman on his official social media pages on Friday, according to a report from KCRA.
Isaac had been battling health complications since birth, which later developed into a terminal cancer diagnosis.
Coleman expressed his profound grief and pride regarding his son's resilience throughout his life in a public statement.
"Oh my sweet boy. There's so much I want to say, but I don't know how yet.
I already miss you so much, and the pain in my heart is far more than I can process," said Daniel Coleman.
The social media post also highlighted the joy Isaac maintained despite facing severe medical hardships.
"But looking through thousands of pictures and videos this past week, I'm also filled with tremendous pride.
Your 14 years were full of so many challenges, but you met them all with such grit…and you somehow kept your trademark joy in spite of it all.
You truly had a spark like no other, Isaac!

Remembering how loved you were and how full of life your time here was gives me great comfort.
Being your dad was the honor of a lifetime. I'm so proud of you and I love you forever.
Rest peacefully, son," said Daniel Coleman.
Medical records shared by the family indicate that Isaac was diagnosed with Fanconi Anemia at birth.
The genetic condition severely impacts the bone marrow and various other parts of the human body.
Coleman previously revealed in 2025 that Isaac had been diagnosed with stage 3 mouth cancer.
He noted at the time that an eventual cancer diagnosis is considered a near certainty for individuals living with Fanconi Anemia later in life.
The tragedy follows the massive growth of Coleman's energetic, live-action children's program.
The show features interactive games and catchy dance-along songs intended to encourage physical exercise for children between the ages of 3 and 7.
