The older brother of the late K-pop star Sulli posted a cryptic warning on social media on May 21, 2026, seemingly targeting actor Kim Soo Hyun as the actor prepares for a potential return to the entertainment industry.
In his post, the brother hinted at holding sensitive audio recordings related to his late sister's personal matters.

“I have many questions I want to ask, but I am holding back for my mother's sake,” he wrote on his personal account.
He also clarified that information regarding a past film project remained factual and would not be used in the future.
“Last year, I only touched on the movie, but I do not intend to use this in the future.
Please be informed in advance that there is no falsehood,” he stated.
The situation escalated when the brother posted another status hinting at an upcoming confrontation. “When they crawl out again, it will be round two.
The choice is yours,” he wrote.

When an acquaintance asked about the target's identity, the brother referenced a famous drama character: “There's one guy from the stars.”
This is widely interpreted as a reference to Kim Soo Hyun, who starred in the hit series “My Love from the Star.”
Public attention returned to Kim Soo Hyun after the Seoul Gangnam Police Station cleared him of false allegations regarding a past relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron.
The claims, distributed by YouTube channel Garo-Sero Research Institute, were determined to be fabricated.
The dispute traces back to last March when Sulli's brother alleged that the late actress was forced to shoot explicit scenes for the 2017 movie “Real,” which starred Kim Soo Hyun and was directed and invested in by Kim's cousin, Lee Sa Rang.
Kim Soo Hyun's agency responded at the time, stating, “The actor was fully aware of the scene beforehand and proceeded with the filming.”
