World Bright International Limited has recalled about 18,500 Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swings sold at Costco after reports of the seat detaching during use.

Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the voluntary recall on May 14, citing a fall hazard that has already caused eight injuries.
According to the CPSC, the affected swings have model number 1934256. They feature a black metal frame, swing arms, a fabric canopy, and a brown woven wicker-style seat.
The swings measure approximately 75 inches high, 71 inches wide, and 48 inches deep.
Costco sold them nationwide and online from February 1 to March 20, 2026, for prices between $549 and $649.
The CPSC warned that continued use poses a risk of serious injury or death from falling.

“The firm has received eight reports of the swing seat detaching from the swing frame, resulting in eight reports of injury, including impact injuries to the head and arms,” the CPSC said.
What Consumers Should Do
Owners are urged to stop using the recalled swings immediately and contact World Bright International Limited for a free repair.
The repair consists of replacement hooks and instructions for installing them.
“Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled patio swings and contact World Bright International Limited to receive a free repair in the form of replacement hooks and instructions for replacing the hooks,” the CPSC stated.
The manufacturer also issued an urgent advisory on its website, urging customers to stop using the swings.

“On behalf of ourselves and Costco, we want to thank you for your support and cooperation, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this recall may cause,” the company added.
