Guilty Pleas and Sentences
Robert Evans Jr., 25, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of 44-year-old Sharif Rahman.
His father, Robert Busby Evans, and uncle, Barry Evans, admitted to being accessories to the crime and received sentences equivalent to time already served, reported as 21 months in jail.
The physical altercation occurred outside the restaurant after a dispute over an unpaid $150 bill. Rahman died a week later in a London, Ontario hospital.
The two older men have been transferred to the custody of the Canadian Border Agency for repatriation to the United Kingdom.
The three Manchester natives initially fled to the UK on holiday visas before being arrested by Police Scotland last year and extradited from Edinburgh Sheriff Court after waiving their right to appeal.

Boddy said the community is happy the case has been resolved and hopes residents remember Rahman by showing warmth and kindness to one another.
