A head-on collision caused by a wrong-way pickup truck driver killed two people and injured two others on J.
T. Butler Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida, on Thursday night.

The Florida Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred at approximately 9:08 p. m.
on JTB, just west of Marsh Landing Parkway.
A 21-year-old pickup truck driver from Ponte Vedra was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of the highway before colliding with an SUV.
The deceased victims were a 73-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman, both residents of Ponte Vedra Beach.
They were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
The collision also left two individuals with serious injuries.
A 38-year-old woman from Wappingers Falls, New York, who was a third passenger in the SUV, was among the injured.

The pickup truck driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, also sustained serious injuries, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
