Tom Hardy has reportedly exited the Paramount+ crime thriller series MobLand ahead of its third season, following behind-the-scenes production disputes.
According to a report from Puck News, the actor disagreed with the creative direction of the show during its second season.

Representatives for Paramount, production company 101 Studios, and Hardy have not officially confirmed the departure.
The series stars Hardy as Harry Da Souza, a London underworld fixer trying to halt an all-out turf war between rival crime families.
A report from The Sun in late April stated that a third season was already in development due to strong viewership ratings.
Internal Tensions and Script Changes
Internal tensions increased as the storyline shifted toward a broader ensemble structure featuring veteran co-stars Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan.
Hardy frequently submitted script adjustments and clashed with producers, leading series creator Jez Butterworth to briefly consider leaving the project.
Filming for the second season recently concluded, though Paramount+ has not announced an official broadcast release date.

Scanlan, who portrays gang enforcer Paul O'Donnell, discussed the production environment and the upcoming script quality in a February interview with Hello!
magazine.
"If you liked season one, penned incredibly by Jez Butterworth, then season two is season one on steroids," said Scanlan.
He elaborated in a video update on his personal social media account: "It is insane, it's bananas.
I loved season one, I loved reading it and getting lost in that world. I think season two is even better.
The scripts are fantastic."
In March, Scanlan confirmed via Instagram that the cast and crew had officially finished shooting the second block of episodes, describing the filming process as an "extraordinary experience."
