The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles has finalized the revocation of wholesale dealer licenses for eight vehicle dealerships across the state.

The action was taken on May 17, 2026, after the businesses failed to maintain required dealer bonds.

State administrative rules require dealerships to keep a valid dealer bond to legally operate in Wisconsin.

According to DMV officials, the affected businesses violated state law by not following these bonding requirements.

As a result, they can no longer legally operate unless a successful appeal is made.

A hearing examiner initially affirmed the license revocations on April 17, 2026.

The enforcement actions became final after a mandatory 30-day appeal period ended, as reported by WisDOT DMV officials.

The enforcement impacted businesses in multiple municipalities, including Arlington, Beaver Dam, Elkhorn, and Milwaukee.

The affected companies held wholesale dealer licenses, which restrict operations to buying and selling vehicles to other licensed dealers, not the general public.

Affected Dealerships

In Beaver Dam, three businesses operating from a single location at 1645 North Spring Street lost their credentials.

The state revoked the licenses of Point B Auto LLC, Aurum Lane Auto Group LLC, and Turbo Motors Vehicles LLC.

Two dealerships at 101 Skyline Drive in Arlington were also penalized. The DMV stripped the wholesale licenses of Alpha Motorworks Inc. and Slick One Auto Sales LLC.

In Elkhorn, the state revoked the licenses of Empire General Motors Inc. and Culture Motorsports LLC, both on US Highway 12.

Fresh Wheel’s Auto LLC, operating near 68th and Villard in Milwaukee, also had its wholesale license revoked under the same enforcement action.
