He has also presented the quiz show Eggheads since 2014.
Personal Life and Marriage
Vine was previously married to American banker Janelle Muntz for seven years. The relationship ended in 2000 due to demanding career schedules, which he described as "very sad."
In 2002, he married journalist Rachel Schofield in Devon. The couple now lives in Chiswick, London, with their two daughters.
Vine has a strong connection to Sidmouth, where he got married. "It's Sidmouth I come back to.
After getting married close by, it became our summer place," he said.

Online Harassment and Cycling Safety
Vine faced online harassment following a 2016 road rage incident in London that led to a motorist's conviction.
"The trolling just got too bad.
They had well over 100m views, but in the end the anger they generate has genuinely upset me," he said.
He later stopped sharing his cycling footage publicly after receiving online threats about his safety, including fears of being "crushed under a truck."
