Singapore's national media network Mediacorp has been named Broadcaster of the Year at the 2026 New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, securing its second major international network honor this year.
The award, announced on May 22, 2026, was determined by an international grand jury of over 200 media professionals.

Mediacorp earned a total of 22 wins across television, film, and radio competitions, including 13 gold, three silver, and six bronze medals, along with 26 finalist diplomas.
The top honor is given to the network with the highest overall score and largest medal tally across all categories, according to a Mediacorp media release.
Earlier this month, Mediacorp also won Broadcaster of the Year at the World Media Festivals Television & Corporate Media Awards in Berlin, where it took home one grand award, 21 golds, and 25 silvers.
Tham Loke Kheng, CEO of Mediacorp, said the New York Festivals recognition affirms the work of the network's people and partners in informing, engaging, and serving audiences in Singapore and beyond.

Channel NewsAsia (CNA) led the documentary and current affairs categories with double gold medals for "One 'Orphan' Every Hour," and gold trophies for "Vapours of Death," "Addicted: The Synthetic Curse," and "Undercover Asia S12: Inside the Illegal 'Dunki' Route."
Mediacorp also earned gold honors in entertainment, promotional, and craft categories, including campaigns for the "Emerald Hill" launch and "Blockbuster Sunday: Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning."
A bronze medal for "CNA Correspondent" in the podcast category highlights the network's multi-platform expansion.
The company stated that these achievements underscore its integrated approach to content creation, combining trusted journalism with premium entertainment and innovation.

At the same gala, Zinc Media Group was named Production Company of the Year for the third consecutive year, and Stephen Capus received the 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award.
