Flash Floods and Injuries in Bandipora
Heavy rainfall since late Wednesday night caused a flash-flood-like situation near Darul Uloom Rahimiya on the Srinagar–Bandipora road.
Water and mud entered several residential houses in north Kashmir's Bandipora district.
Two structures were partially damaged, and two individuals were injured. One of the injured, identified as Muskaan, received first aid and was discharged.

The second victim, a minor, remains under medical treatment at the District Hospital Bandipora.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) and the Meteorological Centre forecast continued thunderstorms, gusty winds, and isolated hailstorms across Jammu and Kashmir over the next two to three days.
