Family Milestones and Humor
During the broadcast, Daly shared updates about his four children with wife Siri Daly.
He began by discussing his oldest son, Jackson, who is preparing for college.
“There’s never a dull moment in the Daly household. We have four children, as you know,” said Daly.
Bush Hager asked if he expected to become emotional when his eldest leaves for university.

“He’s all grown up, looking for colleges now,” said Daly.
When pressed about potential tears, Daly joked about his coping strategy.
“I’m looking for real estate around the university,” he said.
He described driving past LIU Post on Long Island and telling his son, “Buddy, we’re gonna get a sick apartment here.
I’m gonna hang out. It’s gonna be great.”
“In my mind, I’m going with him to college. The reality hasn’t hit yet that I’m not,” Daly added.
Daly also revealed he uses Snapchat to stay connected with his 13-year-old daughter, Etta.

“I have literally communicated with my daughter, in particular, more via Snapchat than I have in real life,” he said.
He described exchanging brief messages and emojis, saying, “As silly as it is, I am connected, a little bit.”
Bush Hager noted the similarities in their family structures and added that their children think they are cousins, even though they have not spent time together recently.
This appearance marked Daly's first time co-hosting the fourth hour since the show underwent a permanent format and title change in January.
“We’re like brother and sister.
… I love you to death, so, yeah, I’m psyched to be here with you,” Daly said during a previous joint broadcast.
