Ariana Resources PLC has achieved a debt-free status and secured full funding to accelerate feasibility studies at its flagship Dokwe gold project in Zimbabwe.
The financial milestone follows the company's partial sale of its Zenit stake for $19.5 million.

Expanded Mineralization at Dokwe North
Managing director Kerim Sener reported that recent reverse circulation drilling at Dokwe North confirmed an expanded mineralization scale.
The gold mineralization now extends at least 150 meters beyond the existing resource envelope and remains open along strike.
“We do have mineralization continuing in that direction,” said Sener.

Sener indicated that the newly discovered mineralization represents the most easily accessible material for future operations.
The mining company has initiated a partnership with Xinhai Mining to execute over 2,000 meters of diamond drilling.
“This bodes really well because it represents material that is most easily accessed,” Sener added.
The current drilling program will supply core material to Yantai, China, for metallurgical testing and analysis.

Solar Hybrid Battery Solution Under Evaluation
Ariana Resources is presently evaluating a solar hybrid battery solution for the project.
This initiative has drawn interest from financing groups and power providers.
Additionally, the company maintains a 9.9 percent stake in Zenit ahead of its planned listing on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
