Novvia Group, a distributor of rigid containers and life sciences packaging, has acquired APC Packaging to broaden its reach in the beauty sector.

The US-based APC Packaging specializes in plastic and glass containers, closures, and other packaging components for the beauty industry.

Strategic Expansion in Beauty

The acquisition strengthens Novvia's footprint in the beauty and personal care market, following its purchase of Garrett Hewitt International one year ago.

APC Packaging, founded in 2006 and based in Florida, serves a diverse clientele including startups, independent beauty brands, and multinational cosmetics corporations.

The company integrates design, engineering, and manufacturing resources to deliver packaging solutions.

Financial details and specific terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Leadership and Future Plans

Following the acquisition, APC Packaging's primary owners, Lisa Lin and Christina Lin, will remain in their positions and continue managing day-to-day operations.
