Corrections Policy

SinergiaNews.com is committed to accuracy in everything we publish. When we make a material error, we correct it openly and as quickly as possible.

How Corrections Are Made

Material errors in a published article are corrected in the article itself. Where a correction changes a significant fact, a short correction note may be added to the article so readers can see what changed. Articles may also be updated when new information becomes available, and the update time is shown on the article page.

Requesting a Correction

If you believe an article on SinergiaNews.com contains inaccurate information, please send us:

  • The article title and its URL
  • The information you believe is incorrect
  • The proposed correction
  • Supporting documents or sources, when available

Send correction requests to [email protected]. Our editorial team reviews every request and responds as soon as the facts have been verified.

Right of Reply (Hak Jawab)

In line with Indonesian Press Law No. 40 of 1999 and the Press Council’s Pedoman Pemberitaan (see our Pedoman Pemberitaan page), any person or party who feels harmed by a published report has the right to submit a response or clarification. Right-of-reply submissions can be sent to [email protected] and will be published proportionally in accordance with press law and our editorial guidelines.

Complaints

If a correction or right-of-reply request is not resolved satisfactorily, complainants may escalate their complaint to the Indonesian Press Council (Dewan Pers) through its public complaint procedure.
