Country music singer Riley Green has expressed strong interest in recording a full duet album with collaborative partner Ella Langley following their major success at the 61st Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards on May 17, 2026.

Langley broke the record for the most single-year wins by any artist in ACM history, securing seven trophies and bringing her two-year haul to 12 awards, according to American Songwriter.

Green Praises Collaborative History

Green addressed the possibility of expanding their collaborative catalog during an interview with Taste of Country Nights, emphasizing their strong collaborative history and shared touring experience.

"We've had such a great track record, and we were fortunate to be on tour together, too.

She was out on the road with me when we had those two songs, and that doesn't happen very often," said Green.

Green stated that their prior successes make future joint musical projects highly logical.

"I'm pretty open to any collaborations at this point because they've worked really well for me in the past," said Green.

The duo achieved major chart success with their 2024 single "You Look Like You Love Me," which reached No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart and accumulated 356 million streams on Spotify, according to Whiskey Riff.

Green and Langley followed that success with "Don't Mind If I Do," the title track of Green's third studio album, which secured them the Music Event of the Year trophy at the recent ACM Awards.

During his acceptance speech at the awards ceremony, Green praised Langley for her vocal performance and dedication to their shared home state.

"I knew it was never going to get better than that," said Green.

Green lauded Langley's continuous professional growth during the presentation.

"I'm so proud of how far you've come. You continue to surprise everybody with everything you do in your career.

More than anything, I'm really proud of how you represent our home state of Alabama," said Green.

Romance Rumors Dismissed

Despite the immense professional chemistry that fueled their consecutive hit records, both artists have consistently shut down romantic rumors spread by fans and tabloid outlets, according to Woman's World.

Green clarified the nature of their relationship during an appearance on Country Nights Live! with Bev Rainey, attributing the romance rumors to fan imagination.

"I'm rumored to have dated a lot of people. I kind of understand that.
